by renowned Princeton architect Michael Graves, commissioned to
build a "temple to wine" on a 47 acre Calistoga vineyard. |
This
is a memorable event and evening, dining in the wine cave amongst
European marble statues and highlighted by a string quartet. Your
guests will begin with a tour of the Winery with art and statues all
along the way. Then they will be treated to private tasting of elegant
wines, after they will be escorted to the Wine Cave for a gourmet
4-course gourmet dinner.

Dining with Phantom of the Opera
Add extra sizzle to your Gala Dinner with spectacular entertainment, such as a performance of Phantom of the Opera.
A keyboardist will play softly as your guests enjoy their sumptuous
dinner, then as the last dessert is served...the keyboardist will play
those familiar notes, and the voice of Christine will emerge from the
corners of the cave, then the Phantom's voice will echo a reply, and
the performance begins. |
Or,
if you prefer more suttle music, the acoustics in the cave are
spectacular for a String Quartet, Harpist with Flute, or Classical
Guitar. What ever you decide, it will be a memorable affair!

Dining in a Historic Cask Room
Two
stories of century-old 2,000 gallon casks line the stone walls of this
Historic Cask Room - often cited as the Napa Valley's most romantic
setting for special events.
Your special occasion begins in the tasting cellar with a reception featuring award-winning wines of this winery.
Following
the reception and a behind-the-scenes tour of the historic winery,
guests gather at the iron gates backed by red velvet curtains as
candles are lit, lights are lowered, music begins and the drapes
are drawn to reveal a dining room reminiscent of the days of Camelot. |
Magical
for rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, casual corporate
luncheons, formal award dinners, and more, the Cask Room can be
arranged for groups of 50 to 110 people. Every detail carefully
attended to, award-winning wines paired with a very select list of
highly acclaimed Napa Valley chefs and caterers will bring an
unparalleled level of creativity and enjoyment to your event.
